This condo unit has been family owned since 1976. Has been recently renovated with new flooring, new appliances, completely replaced kitchen and bathrooms. The space was opened up and modernized. Old furnishings were replaced with new. Cable TV and broadband computer access are included.
It's now a very inviting open floorplan with a wonderful kitchen. The bedrooms are separated, each with a full bath, conveniently located. Linens, including towels, are supplied.
Gulf Harbors Condos are very popular with visitors coming year after year. There are many organized activites. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well cared for. The canal is bordered by a walkway roughly 3/4 mile long. The adjoining Gulf Harbors Woodlands neighborhood is picturesque and nice for additional walking. Publix Supermarket is a easy walk away. Windsong Boat Rentals is at the east end of the canal. We always have many more inquiries for winter rentals than we can accommodate.
3 month minimum rental, required by zoning regulations, no exceptions. Application is required by the condo association.
Pets are NOT allowed, residents are all ages, children are welcomed.
